About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Consultant to join our team. As a Project Consultant, you will work under the guidance of a project lead in various projects, primarily in the area of Climate, Energy and Mobility Transition in Cities and Communities, funded by the European Commission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the project lead in managing EU-funded projects, including climate, energy, and mobility transition initiatives in cities and communities.
  • Conduct research and surveys to identify innovative solutions and best practices.
  • Prepare and coordinate project meetings, workshops, webinars, and conferences.
  • Coordinate project workflows, including communication, dissemination, and exploitation of project results.
  • Support the project lead in operational and administrative tasks, such as documentation, monitoring, controlling, and reporting, as well as EU funding applications and tenders.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as economics, technology, or natural sciences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in English and German languages, with additional languages a plus.
  • Experience with digital tools, such as digital whiteboards and Office 365.
