Your responsibilities:
The Supply Chain & Warehousing Team is in search of a Supply Chain Project Manager to enhance our operations.
The selected candidate will be integrated into the Supply Chain & Warehousing team, which operates within the broader Marine Logistics & Supply Chain division of Fleet Operations & Maintenance – Offshore Wind.
We require a professional with a proven track record in managing projects within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
The successful candidate will oversee specific projects that typically involve the formulation and execution of supply chain and warehousing strategies and processes tailored to meet the operational demands of the offshore wind sector.
This role necessitates the capacity to cultivate effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across all organizational levels.
It is a diverse and innovative position that demands advanced communication and time management skills, along with a robust project management expertise.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in supply chain management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or, alternatively, as an Assistant Project Manager with similar experience, who is eager to advance their career.
Your future responsibilities:
Project Planning:
Collaborate with the Supply Chain & Warehousing Lead to define project scopes, engaging all relevant stakeholders.Formulate comprehensive project plans, deliverables, timelines, and methodologies.Establish and maintain thorough project documentation.Time Management:
Identify critical milestones and dependencies.Coordinate with internal project members to ensure timely task completion.Team Management:
Guarantee resource availability and allocation.Ensure the project team is aligned towards common objectives.Monitor team performance and provide necessary guidance and support.Budget Management:
Work closely with the Supply Chain & Warehousing Lead to develop and oversee cost estimates, Capex/Opex budget forecasts, and actuals, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and effective resource utilization.Ensure all project deliverables are achieved within the stipulated timeframe and budget.Change Management:
Monitor changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.Stakeholder Management:
Establish direct relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Manage stakeholder expectations effectively.Communicate project updates consistently.Risk Management:
Identify potential internal and external risks and devise strategies for mitigation.Build and maintain relationships with third-party suppliers.Your essential qualifications:
Exceptional verbal and visual presentation abilities.Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.Comprehensive written and verbal communication capabilities.High attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.Ability to influence and coordinate across diverse international cultures and a geographically varied portfolio.Proficiency in MS Projects and related software tools.Ability to influence and communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.Internationally oriented, fully committed, adaptable, and willing to travel as required by business needs.A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.Your profile:
A professional qualification in Supply Chain Management, commercial law, or international trade is advantageous.Experience in contract negotiation is beneficial.A background in the offshore or onshore wind industry is a plus.Documented evidence of prior project management or assistant project management experience.Our Offer:
