As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring vinyl record pressing machines to ensure the efficient production of high-quality records.

In this role, you will work closely with our production team to maintain production standards, meet quality targets, and contribute to the success of our vinyl pressing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate vinyl record pressing machines in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
* Conduct visual and audio inspections of pressed records to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Load vinyl pellets, labels, and sleeves into the pressing machine, ensuring proper alignment and distribution.
* Maintain accurate production records, including settings logs, run times, and any issues encountered during the pressing process.
* Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks on pressing machines to ensure they remain in good working condition.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (vinyl experience a plus, but not a requirement)
* Familiarity with operating machinery and basic mechanical principles
* Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
