Principal Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineer to join our team at European Tech Recruit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog design, with expertise in high frequency/high speed products in BiCMOS/CMOS technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Derive Block-Level Performance Specifications: Develop and implement high-level customer requirements into block-level performance specifications.
- Ensure Clarity and Transparency: Collaborate with the wider engineering team to ensure successful project delivery, providing clarity and transparency across projects.
- Perform IC Design Activities: Conduct IC design activities, including architecture definition, circuit implementation, design verification, layout floor-planning, and post-layout verification.
- Work with Product Engineers: Analyze data from product performance with product engineers to ensure optimal product delivery.
- 5+ Years of Analog Design Experience: Proven experience in analog design, with a strong focus on high frequency/high speed products in BiCMOS/CMOS technology.
- Expertise in Analog and High Frequency Design: Advanced-level knowledge of analog and high frequency design, including circuit and stability analysis, noise, bandwidth extension techniques, s-parameters, and EM modeling.
- Cadence Design Tools: Proficiency in Cadence design, simulation, layout, parasitic extraction, and verification tools for analog and mixed-signal designs.
- Advanced Knowledge of Analog Building Blocks: Demonstrated understanding of analog and high-speed building blocks, including Laser drivers, TIAs, CTLEs, VGAs, AGCs, CDRs, PLLs, ADCs, and DACs.
- ESD, BEOL Variation, EMIR, and Reliability: Knowledge of ESD, BEOL variation, EMIR, and reliability in analog design.
- System Modeling: Proficiency in system modeling in Matlab/Simulink, System Verilog, or Verilog AMS.
- HFSS Experience: Experience with HFSS.
