Senior Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer to lead our high-frequency design team at fJscaler. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for driving the development of cutting-edge analog and mixed-signal ICs for the optical communications market.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Lead projects from definition to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality ICs to the market.
- Design and Development: Perform IC design activities, including architecture definition, circuit implementation, design verification, layout floor-planning, and post-layout verification.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with product engineers to analyze data from product performance and provide technical leadership on a wide range of engineering disciplines.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in analog design.
- Expertise: Advanced-level knowledge of Cadence design, simulation, layout, parasitic extraction, and verification tools for analog and mixed-signal designs.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in analog and high-frequency design, including circuit and stability analysis, noise, bandwidth extension techniques, s-parameters, and EM modeling.
- Leadership: Ability to provide technical leadership on a wide range of engineering disciplines and to mentor and coach team members.
- Advanced Degree: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Additional Skills: Proficiency with system modeling in Matlab/Simulink, System Verilog, or Verilog AMS, and experience with HFSS.
