About the Role

  • You are responsible for independent client consulting and management across all digital communication channels.
  • You combine strategy and development with consulting, planning, and implementation, and help your clients achieve their individual communication strategy through digital expertise.
  • You are responsible for budget management and steering of the media budget.
  • Internally, you lead the account teams and are responsible for steering, coordinating, and controlling all work processes.
  • You are also responsible for the training, further development, and motivation of your employees.
  • Finally, you serve as the interface to all internal and external partners and participate in new business projects (pitches).

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in a media agency or with a marketer.
  • You offer experience in digital media planning and media consulting.
  • Passion and professionalism in client consulting, engagement, communication strength, and team ability, as well as analytical and meticulous working methods, characterize you.
  • You already have leadership experience with.
  • You have very good German, English, and MS Office skills.
  • You remain calm and composed, even in hectic situations.
