About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Account Team Lead Digital and Social Media Marketing to join our team at Omnicom Media Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our digital marketing efforts and developing innovative strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals to ensure successful project delivery and meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies to ensure our marketing efforts are always innovative and effective.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored marketing solutions.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in leading digital marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
