About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our team at OMG Omnicom Media Group GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our digital marketing efforts and developing innovative strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in leading digital marketing teams
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
