Position Overview
The EMEA Lighting Product Manager is tasked with steering the success of the AM Product Portfolios and Roadmap, focusing on EMEA markets for the brands AXA, Trelock, and Kryptonite. This role encompasses leading cross-functional teams to introduce new products within the bicycle lighting sector, employing a structured development process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the AM Portfolios/Roadmap for all EMEA markets related to lighting products.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales, profitability, and product life cycles to identify trends.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Sales Managers to define product/project requirements and success metrics.
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects, overseeing the entire PDP process.
- Continuously monitor project activities and risks to ensure timely progress and adherence to budget constraints.
- Provide technical and commercial support to sales teams for existing lighting products.
- Facilitate marketing activities in collaboration with Brand Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in New Product/Project Management, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Product Development Processes.
- Fluency in German and English.
