About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Trainer to join our team in the EMEA region. As a Regional Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting technical training and ensuring the implementation of the One Voice Policy in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for commercial vehicle trainers and technicians in the EMEA region.
  • Work closely with regional CV managers in EMEA to ensure the effective implementation of the One Voice Policy.
  • Monitor the capability development of trainers and technicians and initiate measures for further training.
  • Support new developments through application technology validation of product and process solutions, benchmark studies, and the introduction of pilot customers.
  • Provide technical on-site support for customers in EMEA.
Requirements
  • Certified master painter with a focus on commercial vehicles.
  • At least 5-10 years of professional experience in body shops for commercial vehicles or as an application technician for commercial vehicles.
  • Proficient user of MS Office, digital solutions (Spectro; Refinity), and open to using and advocating new IT solutions.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, with a willingness for regular business trips.
  • Team player, strongly customer-oriented, open-minded, and agile with the ability to share knowledge and experience.
