Electrical Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the electrical installations within a new data centre project in Germany.

As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring EHSQ compliance, conducting toolbox talks, managing RAMS, and enforcing PPE regulations on-site.

You will also be responsible for securing necessary permits, overseeing weekly planning for project execution, coordinating plant hire, tools, and labour at the site, and providing guidance to apprentices in managing deliveries and conducting daily checks.

Additionally, you will supervise and oversee labour, site supervisors, and subcontractors, execute commissioning and closure plans, achieve labour tracking objectives, and handle day-to-day site material orders.

You will also be responsible for updating project progress reports and managing the K&M Document Management System, implementing project-specific scheduling, and communicating changes within the project team.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum three years of experience in a Foreman role
  • Fully Qualified Electrician with a Qualified QC Tester status
  • Project Management experience would be advantageous
  • Proficient in computer operations
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

We are working with a well-established European construction company that has been in business for over 40 years. They have completed impressive projects in the pharma, food, mining, and data centre sectors.

This is a permanent contract with a salary of €70,000 + living allowance and rotation package.
