We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to join our team at Solplanet. As an Order Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of EU orders, from receipt to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and sort incoming and outgoing mail related to EU orders
  • Handle orders by phone, email, or mail, verifying prices, discounts, and product numbers
  • Create and process orders in our ERP system, manage rush orders, and review pending orders and customer requests
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls and directing callers to the appropriate party
  • Perform administrative tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting, and proofreading correspondence
  • Liaise with our International Business Unit, Sales, and Logistics departments to ensure efficient order processing
  • Collaborate with our Solplanet International team to drive order fulfillment and improve our platform and systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or sales support role
  • Fluent in German and business-level English; a third language is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and focus in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner with a desire to increase knowledge in the clean-tech industry
