Project Manager Procurement Supply Chain Transformation

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Procurement and Supply Chain team at HelloFresh International. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that improve our supply chain efficiency and reduce errors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute high-impact projects that drive error reductions and organizational transformations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Quality Control, to deliver project milestones
  • Identify and quantify levers for improvement across our current processes
  • Utilize data analytics tools to assess key performance indicators and prepare insightful reports for senior management
  • Provide dynamic leadership and foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Exceptional academic record with a degree from a top-tier college or university (Lean Six Sigma or Business degrees preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement and/or consulting, with international multi-project management experience in fast-paced consumer-driven industries
  • Demonstrated ability to enforce metrics that drive efficiency, measure performance, and reduce costs
  • Proven experience in leading complex root cause analysis workshops and knowledge of standard lean methods
  • Strong capabilities in data analysis, root cause analysis, lean methods, operational modeling, and structuring of complex improvement projects
  • Exceptional project management skills and stakeholder management experience
