Job Overview:

KoRo is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our supply chain, ensuring seamless product delivery, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to meet business objectives, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Procurement and Sourcing: Manage procurement processes, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and implement efficient inventory control systems.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Coordinate with carriers, manage shipping and receiving processes, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics, preferably in the food industry.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with Dynamics Business Central and Netstock.
  • Location: Based in Berlin, Germany, or willing to relocate.
