Role Overview:
The Hearing Acoustician Assistant (m/w/d) will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support in our specialty store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hearing tests and provide personalized solutions to customers in a sales-oriented environment.
- Implement sales routines and ensure optimal processes to deliver a unique customer experience.
- Support customers in caring for their hearing systems, advise on accessories, and build long-term relationships.
- Utilize customer data to inform phone outreach and local marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate customer information and assist with scheduling, calendar management, and inventory control.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of training as a Hearing Acoustician Assistant (m/w/d).
- Customer-centric approach with strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and empathy.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and contribute to shared success.
