Key Responsibilities:
As a Hearing Specialist Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Wulmstorf. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting hearing tests and providing personalized solutions to our clients
- Implementing sales routines with excellence and ensuring a unique customer experience in our retail store
- Supporting our clients with the maintenance of their hearing systems, advising on accessories, and building long-term relationships
- Utilizing our customer database to contact clients via phone and organizing local marketing activities (market days and health fairs)
- As a data administrator, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information
- In the context of our retail store organization, you will assist with scheduling, calendar management, and inventory control
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Completed your training as a Hearing Specialist Assistant (m/w/d)
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for sales and consultation
- Strong communication, persuasion, and empathy skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment and contributing to the team's success
- Organizational skills and flexibility, with a high sense of responsibility
