Learning and Development HR Strategist (m/f/d)

As a pivotal member of the People Team, you will significantly contribute to the international expansion of Quantum-Systems GmbH. Your role will encompass overseeing the Employee Life Cycle and spearheading initiatives aimed at enhancing learning, performance, and development, ultimately fostering an exceptional employee experience. Your commitment will play a vital role in nurturing our distinctive company culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor for teams and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and offboarding.
  • Identify and address employee-related challenges within your business unit, independently devising and executing suitable HR strategies.
  • Design, develop, and implement key projects focused on Performance, Learning & Development, such as enhancing the annual 360° feedback process, managing employee surveys, and establishing clear career progression paths.
  • Assist in formulating a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.
  • Continuously refine existing global HR processes and policies to promote company growth and improve team efficiency.
  • Manage operational HR tasks, including payroll, absences, and employment contracts, while aiding in the deployment of an HRIS tool.
Qualifications:
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR business partner or HR officer, preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment, with a passion for innovative HR practices.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and implement projects within people teams.
  • Strong knowledge of performance, learning & development initiatives, and experience with HR/people enablement tools such as Leapsome.
  • A hands-on, structured, and results-oriented approach, coupled with a genuine interest in People & Culture topics and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • High social competence and the ability to interact discreetly and confidently with all stakeholders.
  • Proficient communication skills in English.
