At Exyte, we're driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence. As a Construction Management Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in overseeing the execution of complex EPC projects and subprojects for plants and factories.

About the Role

  • Manage high-tech industrial projects with a focus on First Aid / Security
  • Ensure construction projects are carried out according to schedule and meet high quality standards
  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, overseeing activities on construction sites
  • Document construction progress and report to construction managers
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with EHS regulations
  • Attend site inspections, acceptance inspections, and meetings
  • Record defects and track defect resolution progress
  • Verify submitted documents from subcontractors

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master's or technician qualification) or entry-level candidate with engineering degree
  • Experience in construction management is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and standards
  • Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and stay on site for 5 days during project assignments
  • Intercultural competence, team spirit, and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in German, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication with German-speaking staff and authorities
  • German driver's license class B
