Wir suchen eine erfahrene Fachkraft als Senior Construction Supervisor (w/m/d) für die DB InfraGO AG, die für die Überwachung von Bauprojekten im Bereich der Eisenbahninfrastruktur verantwortlich ist. Deine Aufgaben: Du bist verantwortlich für die qualitäts-, termin- und budgetgerechte Durchführung der Bauüberwachung gemäß den vereinbarten Leistungsbildern in der Umsetzung von Infrastrukturprojekten im Eisenbahnbereich. Du unterstützt bei der Beschaffung externer Bauüberwachungsleistungen und sorgst durch Ausschreibungen und Rahmenverträge für eine umfassende Abdeckung der Bauvorhaben. Innerhalb der Projekte fungierst du als zentrale Ansprechperson für das Projektmanagement in Bezug auf die Bauüberwachung. Deine Aufgaben führst du unter Berücksichtigung der relevanten Vorschriften des Eisenbahnbundesamtes sowie interner Richtlinien aus und erfüllst die damit verbundenen Pflichten. Du gewährleistest die Einhaltung betriebs- und sicherheitsrelevanter Vorschriften während der Bauausführung sowie bei der Abnahme der Arbeiten. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört auch die Überwachung der Vertragserfüllung durch die Auftragnehmer:innen, einschließlich der Maßnahmen zur Vermeidung von Nachträgen sowie die Koordination der Abnahme und Prüfleistungen. Zudem bist du verantwortlich für die Qualitätssicherung sowohl interner als auch externer Bauüberwachungsleistungen und erstellst umfassende Dokumentationen, Bautagebücher und Berichte. Dein Profil: Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich. Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauüberwacher:in im Bereich Bahn ist erforderlich. Du bringst umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung in der Bauüberwachung mit und hast bereits komplexe Projekte geleitet sowie interdisziplinär koordiniert. Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht (VOB, VOL, BGB) sowie in den Richtlinien und Regularien der Bahn. Deine Arbeitsweise ist stark ziel- und ergebnisorientiert, und du hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte eigenverantwortlich zu bearbeiten. Du hast Erfahrung in Führungspositionen und zeichnest dich durch Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit und unternehmerisches Denken aus. Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist erforderlich.
