Position Overview

As a System Administrator (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in providing on-site technical support to educational institutions and corporate clients. This full-time, permanent position is based in Cologne and involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver on-site assistance to schools and business clients.
  • Conduct independent troubleshooting and incident management.
  • Install and configure IT infrastructure at client locations.
  • Perform administration and maintenance tasks to uphold system integrity.
  • Document processes and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Train IT representatives at client sites.
  • Enhance digital products tailored for customer needs.
Candidate Profile
  • Possess vocational training in IT or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficient in common PC operating systems, particularly within the MS Windows environment.
  • Experience in supporting printers, IT peripherals, and network systems.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Exhibit strong technical understanding, service orientation, and a meticulous approach to work.
  • Hold a valid Class B driving license.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German; proficiency in English is a plus.
