Position Overview:
As a Windows Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our IT systems and services.
You will serve as the primary contact for advanced support issues, collaborating with clients to plan and execute IT projects within the cloud and infrastructure domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server and client systems (Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Windows 10);
- Apply updates, service packs, and security patches to operating systems and related software;
- Oversee server management using SCCM and SCOM;
- Diagnose and resolve issues with Microsoft server and client applications;
- Administer directory and infrastructure services (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, etc.);
- Handle virtualization tasks using VMWare and monitoring tools;
- Collaborate with your team to enhance and optimize the infrastructure;
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Candidate Profile:
- A degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Windows system administration;
- Strong expertise in Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory;
- Proficient in using SCCM and SCOM;
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare and/or Hyper V;
- A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for tackling complex projects;
- Fluent in English (C1) and proficient in German (B1).
