Position Overview

Role: System Administrator (m/f/d)
Type: Permanent position, full-time

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site assistance for educational institutions and corporate clients.
  • Conduct independent troubleshooting and incident management.
  • Install and configure IT systems at client locations.
  • Perform administrative and maintenance tasks on IT infrastructure.
  • Develop documentation and maintain a knowledge base.
  • Train designated IT personnel.
  • Enhance digital offerings for clients.
Candidate Profile
  • Possess vocational training in IT or relevant professional experience.
  • Proficient in common PC operating systems, particularly within the MS Windows environment.
  • Experience in supporting printers, IT peripherals, and network systems.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with a willingness to learn new concepts.
  • Demonstrate strong technical acumen, service orientation, and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Hold a valid Class B driving license.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
