Treasury Operations Manager

Your Responsibilities:

The Financial Risk Manager, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Financial Risk, will be responsible for overseeing the Company's foreign exchange activities, managing commodity hedging initiatives, and supervising all Treasury IT systems. This role will have a reporting line to the Regional Director of EMEA Treasury.

Core Duties:

Financial Risk Management

  • Evaluate and provide guidance on foreign exchange, commodity, and interest rate exposures
  • Lead the execution of hedging strategies
  • Establish and nurture relationships with international banks for hedging purposes
  • Conduct trades, enhance global hedging methodologies, and mentor finance personnel

Treasury IT Management

  • Oversee Treasury systems including the workstation, Commodity module, and payment processing systems

Regional Treasury Support

  • Assist in managing treasury operations across the EMEA region

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in Treasury roles
  • At least 5 years of experience in executing global hedging strategies
  • A minimum of 5 years in a multinational corporate environment
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
