Respiratory Infectious Disease Market StrategistWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Infectious Disease Market Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the market strategy for our innovative diagnostic solutions within the respiratory infectious disease space.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive market strategies for our respiratory infectious disease portfolio, encompassing product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within the industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, clinical affairs, regulatory, and sales, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze market data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in the field of respiratory infectious disease diagnostics.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business administration, or life sciences. A higher degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the diagnostics industry, with a focus on in vitro diagnostic (IVD) products and ideally familiarity with point-of-care testing.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing strategies within the healthcare sector.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are a valuable asset.
