Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Manager to join our team and lead our Eucerin business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our external sales territory, providing user-oriented advice to healthcare professionals, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop our external sales territory, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide expert advice to healthcare professionals on Eucerin products, staying up-to-date with the latest dermatological knowledge and trends.
  • Develop and implement action plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals, ensuring effective product promotion and sales growth.
  • Represent our company at international and national congresses, staying informed about industry developments and best practices.
  • Organize and execute regional events, fostering a strong brand presence and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and drive business success.
Requirements
  • Completed natural sciences degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and good understanding of scientific principles.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a sales or medical affairs role.
  • Strong affinity for dermatology and a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, with a results-driven approach.
  • High level of personal engagement and commitment to success.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including overnight stays.
