About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Warehouse Manager to provide leadership for our Warehouse and Logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for allocating human and physical resources to ongoing projects, resolving resource conflicts, and ensuring good coordination and reporting as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Warehouse and Logistics team, ensuring effective management of resources and processes.
  • Communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical personnel to understand and define needs, gather and analyze data, and recommend solutions.
  • Be proactive in creating synergies with other disciplines to ensure smooth execution, clear roadblocks, and achieve efficiencies.
  • Manage and motivate the team, monitor execution, manage performance, decide on recruitment, promotions, and salary reviews.
  • Contribute to the development of processes, ensuring that existing company processes, best practices, and quality standards are maintained and developed to keep pace with industry trends.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, assisting with problem-solving and technical challenges.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' of practical experience in the relevant field.
  • Experience in managing at least 3-4 direct reports and 2 years' experience with performance reviews and people management in a Purchasing and/or Warehouse capacity.
  • Successful completion of training or further training as a warehouse logistics specialist/warehouse manager or a related profession.
  • Familiarity with logistical processes in high-tech companies and ideally additional customs-relevant training.
  • Reliable, structured, and independent way of working.
  • Ability to work as an absolute team player and contribute to shaping a growing area.
  • Interest in lean methods and willingness to get involved.
  • Valid driving license (at least class B).
  • Good German and English skills.
