Key Responsibilities

Your Role at a Glance

We are in search of a qualified Financial Accountant to join our Finance department. In this role, you will assist our teams with all financial operations related to their daily functions, including processing supplier invoices, aiding employees with payroll and expense management, participating in the company's monthly and quarterly financial closings, and more. If you are eager to elevate your professional accounting career, this is the right place for you.

Reporting to the Company Controller located in another region.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Processing vendor invoices and payments
  • Reviewing expense reports
  • Managing payment of expense reports and ensuring proper accounting treatment
  • Conducting bank reconciliations
  • Participating in the company's month-end and quarter-end closing processes
  • Assisting with HR functions - onboarding new hires, managing employment contracts, etc.
  • Supporting Payroll operations
Qualifications

Your Knowledge & Skills

What You Should Bring:

  • Certified Accountant
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Accountant in an international organization
  • Strong understanding of tax regulations (essential for Germany / beneficial for Austria)
  • Experience with ERP systems - familiarity with SAP is a plus
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Basic understanding of HR processes
  • Knowledge of Payroll-related processes
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Fluent/native German language skills
  • Good command of professional English
  • Located in Germany
