Project Governance & Management

As a key member of the tesa team, you will be responsible for leading meetings and committees, including coordination, preparation, moderation, and follow-up. This will involve qualifying and prioritizing growth opportunities identified in existing markets, aligning with strategic goals and portfolio structures.

Strategic Support for the CEO

You will support the senior leadership team with meeting and workshop preparation, analyzing market trends and business developments to identify growth opportunities. Additionally, you will prepare presentations, reports, and decision-making materials for top management.

What you will need

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a PMO role of at least 3 years is essential.
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (experience in matrix organizations is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and business opportunities.
  • Background in consulting, especially within the adhesive or chemical industry, would be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills: must demonstrate the ability to convey ideas clearly while maintaining transparent communication.
  • Empathetic and open-minded: ability to understand and connect with diverse perspectives.
  • Strong ability in global networking and relationship building, particularly within an international environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with resource management and change management.
