Position Overview:

Become a pivotal member of a forward-thinking and expanding international organization as the Head of Product Management. This remote opportunity allows you to spearhead a team of product leaders and shape product direction within the financial technology sector, with a specific emphasis on Billing and Payment solutions. Your responsibilities will include establishing ambitious objectives, cultivating a high-performing team, and effectively communicating product updates both internally and externally.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in product leadership, ideally within a rapidly scaling fintech organization
  • Demonstrated success in guiding effective product teams
  • In-depth knowledge of the Billing or Payments domain
  • Exceptional decision-making capabilities and a results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Enthusiasm for user-centric design and experience
  • Proficiency in English

Compensation Philosophy:
