At PHOENIX Pharma SE, we're seeking a highly skilled Executive Consultant to join our Corporate Strategic Initiatives department. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving strategic projects and programs from concept to implementation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to operationalize strategic measures and facilitate the overall transformation of the PHOENIX group
  • Develop and expand the department's strategic initiatives, co-creating the service offering and portfolio of Inhouse Consulting
  • Design and implement strategies, working closely with the Executive Board to drive business growth and transformation
  • Manage stakeholder relationships as a change agent for strategic initiatives

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Strong university degree, preferably with a double degree or PhD
  • At least 8 years of experience in a top management consultancy or a strategically focused position in an international corporate environment
  • Proven track record of leading complex strategic projects and teams
  • Knowledge of strategy process/portfolio management and market insights in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Curious and ambitious character with a drive to facilitate corporate transformation
