About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Consultant (m/f/d) for our Corporate Strategic Initiatives department to be filled at our headquarters in Mannheim. As a key member of our team, you will lead strategic projects and programs, operationalize strategic measures, and further develop the department.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic projects and programs from concept phase to implementation
  • Operationalize strategic measures to facilitate overall transformation at PHOENIX group
  • Further develop and expand the department "Strategic Initiatives"
  • Co-create the service offering and portfolio of Inhouse Consulting
  • Design and implement strategies and work closely with the Executive Board
  • Work on stakeholder management as part of the role as change agent for strategic initiatives

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in top management consultancy or a strategically focused position in an international corporate environment. Your profile should include:

  • Very good university degree, preferably with a double degree or PhD
  • At least 8 years of job experience in a top management consultancy or a strategically focused position in an international corporate environment
  • Experience in leading cross-functional, complex strategic projects and teams
  • Knowledge of strategy process/portfolio management and market insights in the healthcare industry considered helpful
  • Curious and ambitious character with a drive to facilitate corporate transformation
  • Structured and independent way of working with a strong focus on solution finding
  • Distinct communication skills and a keenness to work in teams
  • Business-fluent in English and one additional language desirable
