About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Krones AG. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of our company's overall strategy on a board-level and departmental basis.
  • Support our New Business Development and M&A teams in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Lead strategic projects, coordinating and moderating workshops to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement our strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate strategic planning across the organization.
  • Analyze complex strategic questions, conduct research, and create decision-making documents with strategic background for senior stakeholders, including the board of directors, executive management, and top management.

About You

We are looking for a highly qualified professional with a strong background in business development, strategy, or M&A consulting. Your expertise will enable you to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success.

  • Hold a successful degree in economics and/or technology, preferably complemented by a postgraduate degree such as an MBA or Ph.D.
  • Bring extensive relevant work experience, preferably in business development, strategy, or M&A consulting.
  • Have a strong affinity for technological issues.
  • Be self-motivated, creative, and result-oriented in your work approach.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Display a high level of initiative, performance, and organizational abilities.
  • Excel in teamwork and communication skills.
  • Present a professional and confident demeanor.
  • Speak English fluently.
