About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Management Intern to join our Corporate Quality Management team at Krones AG. As a Quality Management Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of quality management processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality management, including data visualization using MS Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
  • Contribute to the establishment and continuous improvement of Krones' quality monitoring system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new quality management processes and procedures.
  • Develop and implement robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to improve quality management efficiency.
  • Support quality management projects and contribute to the strategic development of quality methods, processes, and systems.
  • Extract and structure relevant data from SAP ERP systems.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in business administration, engineering, or a related field. Your skills and experience should include:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools, such as MS Power BI, MS Azure Databricks, and RPA Servicetrace X1 Server.
  • Basic knowledge of data technology, including relational databases.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent German language skills (C2 level) and good English language skills.
