Lead Specialist in Non-Financial Reporting

We are seeking a Lead Specialist in Non-Financial Reporting (all genders) to collaborate with our Finance and Sustainability & CSR teams in communicating how Delivery Hero fulfills its non-financial obligations.
This position is vital for steering DH's global compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) regarding non-financial disclosures across our various brands and operational regions. The selected candidate will work closely with the non-financial reporting team and engage with essential stakeholders such as Finance, People & Culture, Legal, Product, and others, as well as global representatives from our network brands. This role will facilitate the establishment of transformative partnerships, strategic roadmaps, and project plans to gather necessary quantitative and qualitative data, produce, and externally validate DH's annual non-financial report. Over the coming years, this position will assist in advancing DH's non-financial reporting, risk management, and internal controls to align with financial reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Take a leading role in crafting the annual global non-financial report for the organization. Create communication materials to effectively engage stakeholders, providing clear context and guidance on CSRD reporting standards. Lead or assist in annual reporting on EU Taxonomy, non-financial risk evaluation, and coordination of new non-financial reporting regulations. Collaborate with Investor Relations on materials for and inquiries from investors; oversee annual ESG disclosures, including potentially CDP. Manage and support alignment with consulting partners for related Statements of Work and budget management aspects. Assist and lead in external assurance processes for the non-financial report; continuously optimize and enhance related procedures annually. Spearhead projects and initiatives that contribute to the Group's readiness for new regulations (CSRD).Required Qualifications:
Strong interest and experience in leading non-financial reporting and external assurance work, whether in a corporate environment or as a consultant/auditor. Quick learner with excellent qualitative analytical skills to comprehend ESRS standards on various non-financial topics and assist internal teams in collating and refining disclosure content. Degree in a relevant field that develops related skills and knowledge, with experience in a similar role and strong stakeholder management abilities. Proficient in English with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and workstreams in a dynamic setting. A strong, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with German and European non-financial reporting regulations (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, NFRD), GRI, SASB, and especially TCFD. Proficiency in German is advantageous to ensure alignment between DH's German and English non-financial report disclosures.-
