About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Non-Financial Reporting Expert to join our Finance and Sustainability teams. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our global non-financial report disclosure across our network of brands and operating countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the production of our annual global non-financial report, ensuring compliance with CSRD and EU Taxonomy regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and provide clear guidance on non-financial reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with Investor Relations to develop materials for investors and lead on annual ESG disclosures.
  • Support the alignment of our non-financial reporting with consulting partners and lead on related budget management.
  • Oversee external assurance for our non-financial report and optimize related processes.
  • Lead projects and initiatives to ensure our reporting readiness in relation to new regulations.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in non-financial reporting and external assurance, preferably in a corporate setting or as an auditor.
  • Excellent analytical skills to understand ESRS standards and help internal teams refine disclosure content.
  • Degree in a field related to the role, with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English and strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • A strong, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of German and European non-financial reporting regulations, GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
  • Fluency in German to ensure alignment between our German and English non-financial report disclosure.
