About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Non-Financial Reporting to lead our global non-financial reporting efforts. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our reporting approach and engage with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the production of our annual global non-financial report, collaborating with sustainability and finance teams to develop best practices.
  • Take ownership of the audit of our non-financial report, engaging with external auditors, the supervisory board, and senior management.
  • Collaborate with Investor Relations and External Communications to bring our ESG ambition and achievements to investors and the wider public.
  • Build and develop a team to produce the non-financial report in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement internal processes, technology, and governance structures for our corporate non-financial reporting.
  • Monitor evolving ESG reporting requirements and translate them into implementation plans in cooperation with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience in corporate reporting, with a focus on financial and/or non-financial reporting management or auditing.
  • Experience in reporting practices around evolving regulatory requirements of non-financial reporting (CSRD, EU Taxonomy) and reporting standards/frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD).
  • Experience in managing teams and indirectly managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Exposure to developing strategies and establishing ways of working within pioneering fields.
  • Fluency in English and preferably German, with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • A strong, flexible, and team/growth/leadership-oriented mindset, coupled with the ability to work under pressure.
Nice to Have
  • Regulatory compliance skills to interpret regulations, identify relevant areas for the company, and translate them into actions.
  • Fluency in German to ensure alignment between DH's German and English non-financial report disclosure.
