- Onboarding Support: Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth launch of their services.
- Coaching and Development: Mentor business owners to operate compliant and high-performing logistics companies, focusing on key performance metrics.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify and address workflow inefficiencies, implementing improvements that enhance both network operations and individual partner experiences.
- Relationship Development: Strengthen the connection between Amazon and our delivery service partners, improving overall partner sentiment.
- Communication Alignment: Ensure consistent communication with delivery service owners, collaborating closely with operational partners.
- Advocacy: Represent the interests of delivery service partners within the Amazon Logistics framework.
- Performance Improvement: Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover opportunities for enhancing customer metrics.
- Process Consistency: Champion the adherence to Last Mile processes within Delivery Stations, addressing any operational challenges that may arise.
- Brand Protection: Enhance driver standards to uphold the integrity of our brand.
A Day in the Life
In this role, you will be stationed at one of our operational sites, providing you with firsthand insight into the delivery process. You will oversee all aspects of partner relationships, from contract management to performance tracking. Clear communication will be essential, as you will engage daily with partners to ensure they have the resources needed for timely deliveries.
