Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Max ASP GmbH. This role focuses on the French market and encompasses both sales generation and account management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in creating new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Opportunity Identification: You will be tasked with discovering and qualifying new sales leads through various methods such as research, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies aimed at achieving or surpassing established sales goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain robust, long-term relationships with customers, acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts. Address client needs and concerns promptly while gaining a comprehensive understanding of their business objectives and challenges.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely and successful delivery of solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain precise records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities within the CRM system. Provide regular updates on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to the management team.
Work Environment

This position reports to the Inside Sales Team Manager. The role is structured around a 40-hour work week, with flexible remote working options available to promote a healthy work-life balance.

  • Experience working towards time-sensitive targets.
  • A demonstrated ability to learn and adapt in a sales environment.
