We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our B2C Sales Team at IU Internationale Hochschule. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing sales-oriented guidance to prospective students, approaching warm leads, and assisting them in enrolling in our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in B2B sales and other departments to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong educational background in fields such as Business, Marketing, or Psychology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in German and MS-Office programs.
