We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative (gn) to join our team at Experis GmbH. As a Sales Representative (gn), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services, including internet, fixed network, and mobile phone solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct sales conversations with customers to promote our products and services, and help them find the right solutions for their requirements.
- Process customer orders and manage customer data.
- Contribute to product-specific sales promotions and campaigns.
- You hold a qualification in retail sales or a related field.
- You have prior experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment.
- You enjoy interacting with customers and are willing to work flexible hours to meet customer demand.
- You have a neat and professional appearance.
- You are goal-oriented and committed to delivering excellent results.
