Job Title: Salesforce Product Owner

Location: Frankfurt (remote or on-site)

Contract Type: Permanent

About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Product Owner to lead the development of a comprehensive governance framework for our global Salesforce operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Salesforce platform, including Sales, Service, and Field Service Clouds, as well as HCP Engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Governance Leadership: Establish and maintain a governance framework with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for global Salesforce operations.
  • Salesforce Management: Manage and enhance Salesforce platforms, focusing on life sciences and HCP engagement solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive platform enhancements.
  • Backlog & Roadmap Management: Prioritize the Salesforce backlog and develop a product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Release & Process Optimization: Implement a robust release management process, ensuring smooth updates and platform improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry best practices and Salesforce trends to enhance the platform's efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Salesforce Admin Certified

- Experience in setting up a company-wide Governance Framework preferably on a CRM Platform

5+ years Salesforce Business Analyst, Consultant, Product Owner, or Admin

7+ years professional experience (pharma/life science preferred)
