Senior Agency Sales Director

At Teads, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Agency Sales Manager to drive our full funnel offering with existing clients and proactively approach new ones. As a key member of our team, you'll focus on increasing our Omnichannel and performance advertising business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dedicated agencies and clients, pitching our Teads Full Funnel Offering.
- Identify new opportunities and proactively address new clients within the dedicated agency set.
- Collaborate closely with agency planners/buyers on opportunities within our existing client base.
- Oversee and manage your agency performance pipeline with the Head of Performance to ensure goals are met.
- Design and implement new strategies to drive growth across your dedicated agency portfolio.
Requirements
- Strong new business and new product sales skills.
- Established network and contact list within agencies.
- Deep knowledge of the Digital Landscape, including Programmatic.
- Prior digital media experience within Brand and Performance advertising.
- Strong technical understanding of the Digital Advertising sector.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Driven, passionate, and a team player.
- Creative thinker with a desire to achieve goals.
- Confident and articulate in client-facing situations.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
