(Senior) Key Account Manager (m/w/d) ICT - Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage core customer relationship initiatives within the healthcare domain.
  • Analyze customer requirements and pinpoint new business prospects in the healthcare sector.
  • Deliver comprehensive customer business plans and market insights to company leadership, focusing on competitive offerings and client needs to inform product and service development.
  • Lead the management of sales and marketing operations for the assigned business account.
  • Enhance revenue and profitability to meet the company's ambitious growth objectives.
  • Strategize and coordinate the execution of business plans and the exploration of new market opportunities.
  • Support branding initiatives in the enterprise sector, participate in industry events, and engage in technology forums and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales and channel sales personnel.
  • Monitor competitor activities and devise alternative strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in ICT account sales.
  • Proven experience in client engagement, particularly with senior management, IT, procurement teams, and project groups.
  • Experience in the public sector is advantageous.
  • Ability to work closely with senior management to align sales strategies with organizational solutions.
  • Exceptional negotiation capabilities with a demonstrated history of successfully securing new business.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth through effective lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and solution offerings.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
