Your role and our support:

  • Initial assistance: We provide targeted online training through our in-house Academy during your initial weeks, along with guidance from local agents to give you a comprehensive understanding of the role.
  • Your network: You will be equipped with a robust network of bank and insurance advisors to support and develop over the phone from day one.
  • Lead generation: Collaborate with partners to identify customer potential and viable sales prospects, passing promising leads to local agents for further management.
  • Sales facilitation: Maintain professional communication with agents throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved, with fair commission distribution based on performance.
  • Strategic input: As part of a new unit, you will play a key role in shaping initiatives and influencing our strategic direction.
