Overseeing the establishment, upkeep, and continuous enhancement of the workplace health, safety, and environmental management system Collaborating closely with Group functions and other officers, including safety and fire safety personnel, to advance the EHS strategy Providing guidance and support to management on all aspects of workplace health, safety, and environmental stewardship Designing, implementing, and perpetually refining specific processes and standards within the EHS domain Ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and legal obligations Assisting with waste management and the formulation and revision of risk assessments and operational guidelines Organizing and delivering training sessions on EHS subjects for employees Engaging with regulatory bodies and other pertinent institutions to fulfill all legal requirements Preparing, executing, and monitoring EHS audits Establishing and tracking EHS objectives in collaboration with the Business Group EU Reporting HSEE key metrics for the ongoing evaluation and enhancement of EHS performanceCandidate Profile
Completed technical education or an equivalent qualification Additional qualifications in EHS, such as safety specialist (SiFa) or fire protection officer (BSB), are advantageous Solid professional background in EHS management In-depth understanding of legal requirements in the EHS field, particularly concerning DIN EN ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001 Independent and methodical working style Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities in situations with conflicting objectives Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and verbal Proficient in standard Office applications-
