About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at WAY Group, where you will play a key role in driving the success of our automotive projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of global vehicle projects and contribute to the implementation of a successful process and project management approach.
  • Collaborate with departments in vehicle product development and manufacturing to accurately represent components and parts in complex systems, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and assurance for vehicle and product development projects in the automotive industry, overseeing classic project management tasks to control and steer projects.
  • Plan project milestones, organize and lead project meetings, and develop effective measures to achieve goals.
  • Quality and risk management tasks are also within your scope of responsibility.
  • As a subject matter expert, you will establish a service-oriented, binding, and friendly atmosphere of cooperation.
  • You will coordinate cross-functional project teams and serve as a liaison to all parties involved in the project.
Requirements
  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable education.
  • You have several years of relevant experience in project management and are willing to take on active responsibility within the project.
Personal Qualities and Social Competencies
  • As a communicative team player, you proactively approach internal and external contacts, steer coordination rounds, are tech-savvy, and feel at home in the automotive environment.
  • You possess negotiation-proof German and good English skills in writing and speaking.
