About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at FEGA & Schmitt. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS
  • IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND DEVELOP STRATEGIES TO PURSUE THEM
  • DRIVE SALES GROWTH THROUGH EFFECTIVE SALES TACTICS AND STRATEGIES
  • WORK CLOSELY WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO DELIVER CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS
Requirements
  • ABSENCE OF A COMPLETED COMMERCIAL OR ELECTRICAL TRAINING (ELECTRICIAN, ELECTRONICIAN, ELECTRICAL INSTALLER, TRAINING IN SPECIALIZED RETAIL TRADE...)
  • EXTENSIVE PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE IN ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION, BUILDING TECHNOLOGY, RENEWABLE ENERGY, OR LIGHTING/ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
  • EXPERIENCE IN SALES OF OUR PRODUCTS IS AN ASSET
  • INDEPENDENT, DILIGENT WORK ETHIC AND A COMMUNICATIVE PERSONALITY
