- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
- Fluent German language skills (C1 level) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
