Position Overview: The primary objective of this role is to gain insights into the market landscape, align with the strategic priorities of CCH Tagetik, and spearhead the product management for the CCH Tagetik Extended Planning solution, focusing on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role plays a crucial part in executing a successful go-to-market strategy on a global scale, with operations extending across various regions and product capabilities.
Location: This position can be based in Italy, UK, or remotely in Europe. You will report directly to the VP of Integrated Business Planning and collaborate with various functional teams within CCH Tagetik, including Sales, Marketing, Development, and Customer Success, to drive growth in the Corporate Performance Management & ESG division of Wolters Kluwer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for the Extended Planning solution tailored for the Office of CFO in large enterprises.
- Analyze market trends, customer profiles, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Leverage customer insights to prioritize product features and articulate the rationale behind product decisions.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features.
- Engage with Pre-Sales teams to deliver impactful demonstrations for both external marketing and internal training.
- Formulate a product strategy aimed at optimizing existing offerings and exploring new product opportunities.
- Work alongside marketing and customer success teams to enhance brand representation and strengthen customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within enterprise software, specifically in the FP&A, CPM, ERP, or XP&A markets.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management within an enterprise software context.
- Deep understanding of the budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes within the Office of CFO.
- Proven track record of managing complex international projects in the FP&A domain.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
This role is pivotal in driving the success of our Extended Planning solutions and requires a strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
