About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Rügamer & Steiner Consulting GmbH. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Your primary focus will be on E-Commerce marketing projects, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business objectives and developing marketing strategies to meet their needs.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standard.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, working closely with our clients to understand their target audience and develop campaigns that meet their needs.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to ensure that projects are delivered to the required standard.
  • Communication and Reporting: Develop and maintain strong communication channels with our clients, providing regular project updates and reporting on project progress.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the E-Commerce marketing industry.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
